siblings!

This was a great video Deb took while they were visiting/babysitting. Jace is totally a spoiled man, but if you watch, Brenna checks out the pieces she gives him. I haven't noticed her taking 'the best' pieces of things yet, but I'm sure it will come. She does love to feed him though. Since Jace is usually done, cleaned up and running around while she is still eating, he often runs to her for a little 'snack' and she will always share whatever is left on her plate. Thankfully they know Bella does not get to participate in this!

Color Run

We did a color run as a family.  It was a humid day, but we all managed to have some fun and finished it. Despite Jace throwing up in the car less than a half mile from the race track. Gross. Luckily, since it was a color run, his shirt blended right in!

Caves, capes, and limes

Trying to be creative with play time.... I had the idea to make the spare crib in to a cave. Lots of fun once they figured out how to crawl in and out and not bump their heads ;)

Brenna was Elsa with her beautiful gown. Jace, of course, had to be just like Brenna. They were really cute running around with their baby blankets tied around their shoulders. 

After bath time, they insist on sitting on the stool. Anna wants to sit next to Abu. And Jace makes the monkey noise.

Jace...he's been doing great sitting at the table. It has really decreased him throwing food and his plate off the table. He still throws it across, but not off. Progress. The funny thing is that once he moved to the table, he must have felt very grown up because he insisted on having a napkin. And he's so observant that he insists on having it on his lap. Just like daddy. Last night, Nick had a can of beer in a coozy for dinner. Jace insisted on having a coozy on his sippy cup. He's talking more and more every day and starting to consistently put 2 words together. He loves to kiss... He'll come at you from across the room  with his fishy lips ready to go.

We also had a bunny clinic. Both kids got their stethoscopes out and everyone got shots. And just FYI, those are not swords next to Brenna. Those are her bird wings.

Limes. Brenna likes em, Jace had to try them. They both made the face, but still wanted more. Crazy kids!
