Yoga

I've been doing yoga every morning on the TV and the kids decided to join me.  

Jace decided to join in first and was really watching the instructor on the TV.  Then Brenna had to join in (of course!)

 I was really surprised at how well Brenna followed the movements from the instructor.

 Then Jace just wanted to tackle me!

Meeting Santa

There was a Santa brunch on Post, so we took the kids.  It ended up being pretty cool with a little bounce house that was small enough for Brenna and Jace to play in.

Christmas

We had an amazing Christmas, with just our little family.

The kids were so excited when they walked out and saw the tree (which we put up after the kids went to bed on Christmas Eve).  They were pretty much in awe of the lights on the tree.

Jace was dying to push the wagon around & Brenna was begging for a ride....for once their demands worked nicely together.  

Jace LOVED his pillow case Mimi Dollar made....he really studied the cars before he tried it out.

 Brenna really checked out every gift she received.  She spent a lot of time reading in front of the tree, which was so cute!  We also had MANY check ups throughout the day.

He 'roars' every time we put the dinosaur hat on...Every. Time.

Jace tried every gift out by running Mater on it.  I don't think he actually opened any gifts but he sure liked the cars and train that he got.  He now can say 'choo choo'

Brenna wanted her 'antlers' and was really excited about wearing a nightgown.

Thank you to everyone for sending gifts.  I know the season is not about how much or how many, but everyone did an amazing job making Brenna & Jace's Christmas wonderful.  They felt loved and are still playing with all the toys they were given.  Literally, all the toys.  Brenna likes to line them up and hoard them in her tent so Jace can't play with them. We love you all!!
